For Monthly subscriptions:

  • You pay for the exact number of users you have each month.

  • You can change your user tier at any time.

  • You can cancel at any time and you won’t be charged for the next month.

For Annual subscriptions:

  • You pay for the tier that most closely matches your user count.

  • You can upgrade your user tier at any time, but you can only downgrade at the end of your subscription period.

  • You can cancel at any time but you won’t receive a refund for the remaining months.

  • Economic contracts and invoicing

  • Support for 10% contractor tax payment

  • In any case, the Atlassian page is still owned by the customer. AgileOps has no right to access the customer’s Atlassian page unless authorized.

  • According to Atlassian’s policy, Partners only have the right to view the service packages in use, quote and make payment orders for customers (on behalf of) and do not own or manage any other information from the customer’s Atlassian page unless requested and authorized.

  • AgileOps is responsible for transferring the rights/obligations of this Contract to the qualified Atlassian Distributor in Vietnam and performing tasks to maintain the Software usage rights for the Customer within the remaining term.

Yes, you can switch to another partner. Atlassian accounts always belong to the customers, and partners are solely authorized to make payments on their behalf. Under no circumstances do partners have access to the customer's account system

Warranty/Maintenance policy and technical support will follow Atlassian’s policy. AgileOps supports customers to contact Atlassian’s technical department.

SLA (Service Level Agreement) measures the service project teams' service quality, including uptime and support responsiveness.

SLA guarantees 99.90% uptime for Premium products, while Standard products don’t ensure the uptime SLA percentage.
