The difference in user subscriptions when purchasing products monthly versus annually is summarized below:

Monthly Plan

Customers pay for the number of users using the product each month.
Customers can change the number of users at any time.
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time and will not be charged for the following month.

Annual Plan

Customers pay for the user tier that best fits their number of users.
Customers can upgrade their user tier at any time, but can only downgrade at the end of their subscription period.
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time but will not receive a refund for the remaining months.

Introduction to users in Jira and how users are billed on your invoice?

Users can log in to one of your Jira websites and appear in User Management. You can add and remove Users.

For monthly subscriptions, we will bill you in the following month based on the number of your Jira Software users.

For annual subscriptions, we will bill you for the most appropriate tier based on your actual number of users. Annual subscriptions may offer better value depending on the number of users purchased.

AgileOps provides what types of tax invoices?

AgileOps issues legitimate financial invoices for customers and fulfills all obligations to declare and submit foreign contractor tax to Atlassian in accordance with Vietnamese law.

The customer's Atlassian page will be like if AgileOps ceases operations? Will we still have access to the Atlassian page as well as our confidential information and data?

In any case, the Atlassian page remains the property of the customer. AgileOps has no right to access the customer's Atlassian page unless granted permission.

According to Atlassian's policy, partners are only authorized to view the service packages in use, quote, and process orders for customers (on behalf of) and do not own or manage any other information from the customer's Atlassian page unless requested and authorized.

AgileOps is responsible for transferring the rights/obligations of this Contract to the Qualified Atlassian Distributor in Vietnam and performing the tasks to maintain the Software usage rights for the remaining term for the Customer.

Can I cancel my Atlassian account at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your Atlassian account at any time.

Your website will expire 15 days after the end of the subscription, and the data will be deleted 60 days after cancellation with no possibility of recovery.

I am purchasing Atlassian products through another partner. Can I switch to AgileOps? Will this affect my Atlassian account?

Yes. You can switch to another partner. Atlassian accounts always belong to the customer, and the partner company is only authorized to make payments on behalf of the customer. Under no circumstances is the partner company allowed to access the customer's system without the customer's permission.

What are the warranty/maintenance and technical support policies of AgileOps?

Software maintenance and updates will follow the general policy of Atlassian. AgileOps supports customers to contact Atlassian's technical department as soon as possible.
