In any case, the Atlassian page remains the property of the customer. AgileOps has no right to access the customer's Atlassian page unless granted permission.

According to Atlassian's policy, partners are only authorized to view the service packages in use, quote, and process orders for customers (on behalf of) and do not own or manage any other information from the customer's Atlassian page unless requested and authorized.

AgileOps is responsible for transferring the rights/obligations of this Contract to the Qualified Atlassian Distributor in Vietnam and performing the tasks to maintain the Software usage rights for the remaining term for the Customer.
Yes. You can cancel your Atlassian account at any time.
Your website will expire 15 days after the end of the subscription, and the data will be deleted 60 days after cancellation with no possibility of recovery.
